How to easily prepare your own homemade garlic treatment

What you need:

  • 3 to 4 cloves of fresh garlic
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (optional, to soften the preparation)

Quick preparation:

  1. Peel and finely chop the garlic.
  2. Grind it into a smooth paste. You can add olive oil for a smoother texture.
  3. Transfer the dough to a small airtight jar.

Instructions for a cocooning application

  1. Prepare your skin:  Thoroughly clean the area to be treated with warm water and mild soap.
  2. Apply gently:  Spread a thin layer of garlic paste on the affected area.
  3. Leave on for a maximum of 30 minutes:  Listen to your skin; if you feel tingling or discomfort, remove the treatment sooner.
  4. Rinse with warm water and dry gently.
  5. Repeat 2 to 3 times a week for progressive results.

Things to know before you start
